Maria Sol’s work extends beyond the mat. She integrates her expertise in dance and movement therapy, aromatherapy, and crystal healing to support her clients’ emotional and energetic balance.

As an educator, she has taught bilingual afterschool programs in Washington DC and Maryland, weaving yoga, Latin rhythms, and creative activities to help children express emotions, build confidence, and connect with their bodies.

Baby Shantala is a gentle infant massage technique that uses slow, rhythmic movements to relax the baby, improve sleep, and relieve discomfort such as colic. Rooted in traditional Indian practices, it also helps strengthen the emotional bond between the caregiver and the baby through calm, nurturing touch.
